Today the chair is not staying in place. You raise it up and does not lock, it falls down. It has only been used like 6 times no more than that. No more than 165 pounds on it

A screw that connects the base to the seat of the chair was missing - the spiral part of the screw was not cut out at all and instead it was a smooth cylinder. Unable to complete assembly without this piece.

Chair is as described, very comfortable for an 8-hour workday

I purchased the chair and assembled it but the gas hydraulic cylinder never did work. After much back and forth and disassembling the chair and buying several rolls of T-Rex tape to keep the box together I was given a refund. I would have been happy (as I asked for a working lift cylinder). I had some issues but ended up with a refund.
